Welcome to Shree Yogshala. By accessing our website and enrolling in our yoga courses, retreats, or teacher training programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Course Enrollment
Your seat in any course (including 200-Hour / 300-Hour TTC) is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
Remaining fees must be paid upon arrival or as per agreed terms.
We reserve the right to deny admission if requirements are not met.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Students should be physically and mentally fit to participate in yoga training.
Any medical condition must be disclosed before enrollment.
3. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline:
Respect teachers, staff, and fellow students
Follow daily schedule and guidelines
Avoid use of drugs, alcohol, or any illegal substances
Maintain cleanliness and yogic lifestyle
Failure to comply may result in termination without refund.
4. Payments
All payments must be made via approved payment methods
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Taxes (if applicable) may be charged additionally
5. Cancellation & Refund
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Shree Yogshala is not responsible for:
Injuries during practice (if instructions are not followed)
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Travel disruptions or delays
Students participate at their own risk.
7. Certification
Certification is provided only after successful completion of the course.
Attendance and performance are mandatory.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, videos) is the property of Shree Yogshala and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
9. Changes to Programs
We reserve the right to:
Modify course schedules
Change teachers if necessary
Update course content
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
