Refund Policy – Shree Yogshala

At Shree Yogshala, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while maintaining commitment to our programs.
1. Advance Deposit
The advance deposit is non-refundable.
This ensures your seat is reserved in the course.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Course Start
If you cancel your booking:
Advance payment is non-refundable
You may reschedule your course within 6–12 months (subject to availability)
Last-Minute Cancellation (within 7 days)
No refund
Rescheduling may be allowed only in exceptional cases
3. No Show Policy
If you fail to arrive on the course start date without notice:
No refund
No rescheduling
4. During the Course
Once the course has started:
No refund will be provided
Leaving the course midway is considered voluntary withdrawal
5. Emergency Cases
In genuine cases (medical or family emergency):
Rescheduling may be offered at management discretion
Valid proof may be required
6. Cancellation by Shree Yogshala
If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances:
Full refund will be provided OR
Option to transfer to another batch
7. Payment Gateway Charges
Any transaction or bank charges are non-refundable.
